Dawn M. Hannon, CPA, MPA
Director of Reimbursement
Ms. Hannon has over 10 years of experience in healthcare financial leadership serving in a variety of leadership roles from the third-party payer reimbursement side of healthcare finance to the financial administration side of primary healthcare services. She is a New York State and Florida State CPA and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Hannon has two undergraduate degrees, one in Accounting from the University of the State of New York and another in Business Administration from San Diego State University. She holds a graduate degree in Public Administration and a Certificate of Advance study in Health Services Management & Policy from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
Miguel Barajas, MBA
Reimbursement Manager
Prior to joining Hall
Consulting, Miguel Barajas had extensive
experience working as a senior auditor in
the healthcare industry.
He has
more than 10 years experience working as a
fiscal intermediary auditor. Mr. Barajas
has an undergraduate degree in accounting from
Baruch College, City University of New
York, and his MBA from Florida International
University.
Natasha Britton, MBA
Auditor
Ms. Britton has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from Florida A&M University. Her responsibilities include auditing our clients Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports to optimize reimbursement and ensure regulatory compliance.
Micheal Kon
Information Systems Manager
As the IT Manager for Hall
Consulting Services, Michael Kon is responsible
for the management and overall daily functions
for data operations and developing in-house
database applications. He works to integrate
data from healthcare providers with government
agencies. Mr. Kon received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science
from Florida International University.
Diane Charles
Office Manager
Ms. Charles has been employed with HCS for more
than 14 years. As Office manager, her duties
include:
Organize and supervise
administrative operations to ensure that the
office operates efficiently; ensure that projects are
on schedule and meets quality standards; train team on new
office
systems, equipment and software; evaluate team performance;
maintain and archive files
and documents; maintain office services; research laws and
regulations as they pertain to various
healthcare issues; ensure accurate
compilation of data and shipping of
documentation; ensure updated client
contact lists and develop and edit spreadsheet documents.
